कौन आवेदन कर सकता है? / Who can apply ?
सभी भारतीय नागरिक, जो इस अधिनियम के तहत सूचना प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं लेकिन, यह अधिनियम जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्यों पर लागू नहीं होता है।All Indian citizens, who desires to obtain information under this Act. But, the act does not apply to the states of Jammu and Kashmir.
सूचना क्या है ? / What is Information ?
कोई दस्तावेज़, ज्ञापन, नमूना इत्यादिAny document, memo, sample, etc.
सूचना का अधिकार क्या है? / What is Right to Information ?
चार प्रकार की जानकारी है:There are four types of information :-
(a) दस्तावेजों का निरीक्षण / Inspection of documents.
(b) सूचनाओं की प्रमाणित प्रतियां टिप्पण करना और प्राप्त करना / Noting and getting certified copies of information.
(c) नमूने प्राप्त करना / Obtaining Samples.
(d) इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के माध्यम से जानकारी प्राप्त करना / Obtaining information through electronic mode.
आवेदन कैसे करे ? / How to apply ?
जानकारी को आवेदन जमा कर प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। वे आवेदन पत्र पर लिखित रूप में अनुरोध करेंगे जो कि महर्षि सान्दीपनि राष्ट्रीय वेदविद्या प्रतिष्ठान, वेद विद्या मार्ग, चिन्तामन गणेश, जवासिया, उज्जैन - 456006 (म.प्र.) के कार्यालय में उपलब्ध हैInformation can be obtained by submitting an application. They shall make a request in writing on the application form which is available in the office of the MSRVVP, Veda vidya Marg, Chintaman Ganesh, Javasiya, Ujjain-456006(M.P.)
आवेदन शुल्क / Application Fees
रु 10 / - का शुल्क प्रत्येक आवेदन के लिए नकद, डीडी या चेक या भारतीय डाक आदेश के माध्यम से भुगतान करना होगा।A fee of Rs. 10/- by way of cash, DD or bankers cheque or an Indian postal order has to be paid for each application.
आवेदन किसे भेजना है / Whom to send the application:-
आवेदन श्री संजय श्रीवास्तव, निजी सचिव, महर्षि सान्दीपनि राष्ट्रीय वेदविद्या प्रतिष्ठान, उज्जैन -456006 (म.प्र.) को भेजा जाना चाहिए।Filled in application should be sent/given to Shri Sanjay Shrivastava, Personal Secretary, MSRVVP, Ujjain-456006(M.P.)
सूचना शुल्क क्या हैं?/ What are the information charges?
प्रत्येक पृष्ठ (ए 4 या ए 3 आकार के पेपर) की कापी के लिए रु. 2 / - (रुपये दो) । बड़े पेपर के मामले में, चार्ज की गई कीमत की वास्तविक या लागत। नमूने या मॉडल के लिए वास्तविक लागत या मूल्य का शुल्क लिया जाएगा। डिस्केट या फ्लॉपी में जानकारी के लिए (यदि इस फॉर्म में जानकारी उपलब्ध है) के लिए रुपये की राशि 50 / - प्रति डिस्केट या फ्लोपी का शुल्क लिया जाएगा।Rs. 2/- (Rupees two) for each page (in A4 or A3 size paper) created or copied. In case of large paper, actual or cost of price charged. Actual cost or price for samples or models will be charged. For information in Diskette or Floppy (if information is available in this form) an amount of Rs. 50/- per Diskette or floopy will be charged.
दस्तावेजों का निरीक्षण / Inspection of Records
यहां पहले एक घंटे के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं होगा। इसके बाद प्रत्येक बाद के घंटे (या उसके अंश) के लिए रु. 5 / - चार्ज किया जाएगा।There will be no fee for first one hour. An amount or Rs. 5/- for each subsequent hour (or fraction thereof) thereafter will be charged.
समय सीमा क्या है? / What is the time limit ?
पीआईओ को अनुरोध प्राप्त होने की तारीख से 30 दिनों की सूचना में आपूर्ति के लिए समय सीमा है। सूचना के प्रेषण और फीस के भुगतान के बीच हस्तक्षेप की अवधि इस से बाहर रखा जाएगा। अगर सूचना किसी व्यक्ति की जीवन या स्वतंत्रता से संबंधित होती है तो यह 48 घंटों का है।Time limit for supply of information is 30 days from the date of receipt the request to PIO. The period intervening between the dispatch of the intimation and payment of fees will be excluded from this. If information concerns life or liberty of a person is is 48 hours..
