स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर परीक्षा (07-06-2026) में सम्मिलित होने हेतु निर्देश
सभी परीक्षार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होते समय निम्नलिखित निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करें:
1. कृपया नवीनतम रंगीन छायाचित्र परीक्षा केन्द्र पर लेकर आएँ। Please bring a latest colour photograph at exam center.
2. परीक्षार्थियों को अनुक्रमांक एवं प्रवेश पत्र परीक्षा केन्द्र पर जारी किए जाएंगे। Roll number and Admit Card will be issued to the candidates at the examination centre.
3. परीक्षार्थियों को अपने साथ फोटो युक्त पहचान पत्र ( आधार कार्ड, पेन कार्ड) परीक्षा केन्द्र पर लाना अनिवार्य है। मूल पहचान पत्र के अभाव में उम्म्मीदवार को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित नहीं किया जाएगा । It is mandatory for the candidates to bring their photo identity card (Aadhar Card, PAN Card) with them to the examination centre.
4. अभ्यर्थी के फोटो,हस्ताक्षर, पहचान पत्र सही पाए जाने पर परीक्षा केन्द्र पर ही प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया जाएगा । यदि पहचान पत्र, फोटो,हस्ताक्षर में कोई विसंगति पाई जाती है या किसी अन्य प्रकार का संदेह उत्पन्न होता है, तो उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी तथा प्रतिरूपण / धोखाधड़ी के प्रयास के लिए पुलिस स्टेशन को सौंप दिया जाएगा। After verification of photo,signature and identity card of the candidate to the satisfaction of the authorities, the admit cards will be issued at the examination center itself. If any discrepancy is found in the identity card, photo,signature or any other kind of doubt arises, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination and will be handed over to the police for attempted impersonation / fraud.
5. उम्मीदवारों को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे परीक्षा केंद्र पर परीक्षा समय से 1 घंटे पहले उपस्थित हों। Candidates are directed to be present at the centre 1 hour before the examination time.
6. वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) प्रश्नों में केवल एक विकल्प पर ( ✓)चिन्ह करना होगा । एक से अधिक विकल्प पर ( ✓) चिन्ह करने अथवा अधिलेखन (Over Writing) करने पर उस प्रश्न के अंक की गणना नहीं की जाएगी । Candidates should tick (✓) only one option in the objective type questions. In case of more than one tick or over writing, no marks will be awarded for such question.
7. उम्मीदवार को अपने साथ नीला बाल पाइंट पेन लाना अनिवार्य है । जेल/ इंक पेन मान्य नहीं । Candidates should bring blue ball point pen. Gel / Ink pen is not allowed.
8. उम्मीदवारों को कोई इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट/मोबाइल फोन परीक्षा हाल में लाने की अनुमति नहीं है। अभ्यर्थियों की तलाशी ली जाएगी । Candidates are NOT permitted to bring any electronic gadgets/mobile phones to the Examination Hall. Frisking of the candidates will be conducted before entry to the Examination Hall.
9. यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास कोई इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट या कोई अन्य वायरलेस कम्युनिकेशन (चाहे काम कर रहा हो या स्विच ऑफ मोड) साधन पाया जाता है उसकी उम्मीदवारी तत्काल रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उसे परीक्षा में सम्मिलित नहीं किया जाएगा और उसके विरुद्ध आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। If any candidate is found to be in possession of any electronic gadget or any other means of wireless communication, whether working or switched off mode, his/her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith and he/she will not be allowed to attend the examination and furtur legal action will be taken against him / her.
10. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए कोई टीए/डीए भुगतान/ आवास व्यवस्था नहीं की जाएगी । No TA/DA/accommodation will be provided to the candidates for attending the examination.
11. चयन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी स्तर पर उम्मीदवार की योग्यता, आयु, श्रेणी के संदर्भ में पात्रता मानदंड में कोई भी विसंगति पाई जाती है, तो उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी तत्काल रद्द कर दी जाएगी। अंतिम नियुक्ति प्रस्ताव जारी होने तक उम्मीदवारी प्रावधिक रहेगी | In case any discrepancy is found in the eligibility criteria with reference to qualification, age, category etc. of the candidate at any stage of the selection process, the candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled forthwith. Candidature will remain provisional till issue of final appointment offer.
12. चयन प्रक्रिया के सभी मामलों में, चयन समिति का निर्णय सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए बाध्यकारी होगा। In all matters of selection process, the decision of the selection committee shall be final and binding upon all candidates.
13. किसी भी रूप में प्रचार करना अयोग्यता माना जाएगा। Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
